Lets get ready to rumble!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I lost 5.4 pounds since I started "dieting" last Tuesday July 17th. You would really think Id be happy about that, but I keep thinking I could have done more, and lost more. I will try harder for next week. A Friday weigh in really seems to be best for me, although I have hopped on the scale more times then I wanna say, but less than usual. Im really gonna try and wait till next Friday for my next weigh in. Now the weekend is here again. The challenges always come with the weekend. Tonight was really hard. Me and the boys had a movie night planned. We made milkshakes, and popcorn. I didnt eat or drink any of it. I had a peach for a snack while watching the first 30 seconds of the movie. I dealt with that part , but Im not gonna lie, right now im really hungry. My stomach is growling and all I want is pizza and french fries. Im just gonna drink more green tea and water. Im hoping that helps. I do plan on eating a little extra on Sunday, and dont wanna waste it tonight. Im gonna do my best. If all else fails I can go to sleep. As you know that still might not keep me safe. Remember I sleep eat. Wish me luck as I journey into another weekend of fun filled food ugh!
