Dont Judge ME!
So there's plenty of people out there that have watched me make a pig of myself, and have never once said , hey you are eating to much! While your socializing, people dont usually say oh and btw you shouldnt eat that cake. However, since I have been eating healthy people say , oh your eating that. I respond yes, I like it, and I can fit into my pants now. People arent as understanding and cannot relate to the way I eat. Eating six times a day is way more than I used to eat, and it bothers people. Oh your eating again. People are used to the breakfast, lunch and dinner style, but my body just cant do that. To a certain degree I feel excluded by the junk food lovers of the world at this point.I still love that kind of food, right now I just dont want it, and it confusses poeple. Everyones body is different and I cant "diet" the same way that everyone else does. Most people cant relate to this way of eating, but it works for me. My body is actually metabolizing food and the scale is going down. I will offically weigh myself on friday. I have tried so many things over the years: weight watchers, slim fast, isagenix, the zone, diet pills, and so many more weight lose programs. Im not saying these dont work, Im just saying they dont work for me, and people get affended. I just keep moving forward because this is my body, and I know what it needs. I walked 1&1/2 miles with my little girl Miss Paige. She is a great motivator. kernel however hides from me now because he knows we are walking much further than before.
